Shipping policy

Items are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed after 3pm (CT) will be shipped the following day.
All Shared Tables boxes include free 2-day shipping. No minimums. No promo code needed.
If shipping to a residence, please verify that your recipient will be available to receive the package. The driver is automatically instructed to leave the package at the doorstep.
A small amount of thawing may occur.
Orders can not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

You will get a shipping number to track your package’s arrival. In the unlikely event your package doesn't arrive within our freshness window, please contact Customer Support for a refund or replacement order.
